Best friends since childhood, Matt and Bingham's business efforts are firmly anchored by a mutual trust, respect, and understanding they have built over the past 35 years. Their complimentary skillsets - Matt's business expertise and Bingham's investment acumen - combined with their shared passion for family and community, fosters a unique blend of purpose and values that guides their continued pursuit of doing well by doing good.
Matt Mansfield

Matt’s prior experience spanned a broad range of responsibilities from running operations and financials for Aflac’s $400 million venture capital fund to managing a three-year initiative to reorganize the holding company’s global insurance and investment structure. Additionally, Matt has held multiple roles in Aflac’s compliance organization, ultimately serving as the company’s AML and OFAC officer.
Prior to joining Aflac, Matt was the Director of Operations at a boutique construction firm in Atlanta, driving the organization’s daily operations, financials, and logistics while managing key project delivery and providing support for business development.
Matt is an accomplished financial services executive with international experience in corporate development, venture capital, finance and compliance. Most recently in charge of the Integration Management Office at Aflac, Matt was responsible for facilitating the close of M&A deals, ensuring day one business continuity and the seamless transition of incoming operations, and implementing the strategic integration of acquired entities into the broader organization.
Originally from Atlanta, Matt is a graduate of Duke University with time spent studying abroad at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. He currently resides in Columbus, GA with his wife and three children. When not chasing the kids, Matt enjoys spending time on outdoor pursuits and serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of the Chattahoochee Valley.
Bingham C. Jamison, CFA

Bingham is an investment executive and entrepreneur, as well as an author and philanthropist. He is an Angel Investor with the Charlottesville Angel Network, and has published finance articles as a Contributor for Forbes Investing and Seeking Alpha.
Bingham spent the past 15 years as an investment professional in Charlottesville, VA. For the bulk of his career, he advised clients as a wealth manager with several Virginia-based multi-family offices. Bingham began his finance career with an outsourced investment office for endowments and foundations, where he conducted due diligence and manager selection on the Private Equity and Hedge Fund teams.
Compelled to serve in the wake of 9/11, Bingham joined the Marine Corps. In 2003, he represented Team USA for the International Military Pentathlon in Europe. Following his training as a Counterintelligence Officer, Bingham commanded Human Intelligence Exploitation Teams (HETs) during combat operations in Al Qaim and Fallujah, Iraq. After the Marines, he participated in the U.S. Intelligence Community's global efforts to disrupt terrorism financing.
Bingham speaks and writes about his wartime experience - he has been a keynote speaker at venues across central Virginia and Georgia, and has published over 20 articles as a Contributor for TIME Magazine, The Daily Beast, The Richmond Times-Dispatch, The Daily Progress, and elsewhere. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Warrior Healing Campaign, serves on the board of the Richmond Fisher House & Foundation, and recently summited Mt. Kilimanjaro as a member of The Chris Long Foundation's Waterboys team.
A native of Atlanta, Bingham graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, and remains a regular fixture (alongside his two orange-clad children) at most Wahoo sporting events.
